Barricades Up at Transportation and Ticket Center in Disney World
Will construction EVER be done at Disney World? It’s a question I often ask myself whenever I see projects being worked on around the resort.
Disney World is a big place, which means it takes a lot of regular upkeep. But seriously, I can’t remember a time when there wasn’t construction happening in at least one part of the parks, hotels, or Disney Springs.
And today, we noticed some more work taking place near Magic Kingdom!
Transportation and Ticket Center Construction
On our way to Magic Kingdom this morning, we noticed some road work taking place at the Transportation and Ticket Center.
There are a lot of barricades up around the parking lot. We also noticed some workers near the barricades.
So, if you’re heading to the Transportation and Ticket Center soon, be mindful of the construction happening. The barricades might make you have to reroute a little bit.
However, for the most part, you could still get around fairly easily!
But, there are ways to avoid the TTC if you don’t want to deal with it. If you’re staying at a Disney World resort, your bus will take you straight to the front of Magic Kingdom instead of going to the TTC first.
You can also take the monorail from EPCOT to the TTC and get on the monorail to Magic Kingdom right away. Or, utilize the walking path at Disney’s Contemporary Resort!
But, some people driving to Magic Kingdom will still have to deal with the TTC, so just be aware of the construction and watch where you’re going. Stay tuned for more Disney World news and updates!
