This Milkshake Comes with a Full Piece of Cake in Disney World
Can you believe it’s already MAY?! We sure can’t — it feels like just yesterday we were talking about holiday decor being removed in January.
But, May is here, and we’re happy to see the flowers blooming and the weather warming (not that it ever gets THAT cold in Disney World, though!). We’ve already moved past some big holidays this year, and we’re about to celebrate another one!
That’s right — Mother’s Day is coming up on May 14th. Disney obviously loves celebrating almost every holiday, so you know there are festivities happening at Disney World.

One major thing happening is a bunch of new limited-time snacks becoming available! So, come along with us to try one out.
Bouquet Shake
This is the Bouquet Shake from Beaches & Cream Soda Shop at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. It’s here for Mother’s Day from now until May 31st!
It’s a strawberry milkshake with strawberry purée topped with a flowery chocolate cake for $15. Yep, there’s a whole piece of cake on the top of this milkshake!
So, it’s really more like two desserts in one. This is definitely a shareable item because of its size!
But, how does it taste? Let’s find out!
We actually really enjoyed this! The strawberry flavor of the milkshake isn’t artificial tasting or overly sweet.
The shake is also blended very well so it’s smooth — no lumps here!
The chocolate cake slice is good, but nothing special. It’s very rich!
It’s really just like any other decent slice of chocolate cake you’ve probably had before. Nothing to write home about, but it’s still tasty chocolate cake!
We did notice, however, that the shake has a bit of a weird aftertaste. We’re not sure what that’s about.
This is also a very heavy snack. This shake really sits in your stomach — we would NOT recommend getting on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind right after drinking this!!
So, if you like chocolate and strawberry and want a sweet snack to split with someone (or all for yourself, we’re not judging), swing on by and try it out for yourself!
