We’re Joining the Dark Side for Disney’s Latest Star Wars Treat
Happy May the 4th, everyone! We’ve been in Hollywood Studios all day checking out the crowds, costumes, merchandise, and more.
One fun thing about this Star Wars holiday is that there are a bunch of new and limited-time snacks to try out! So, come along with us to check two of them out.
Dark Side Chocolate Creation
This is the Dark Side Chocolate Creation! It’s available today (May 4th) and tomorrow (May 5th) at PizzeRizzo and The Trolley Car Cafe in Hollywood Studios.
It’s a malted milk chocolate mousse dome with raspberry mousse filling, slivered almonds, and chocolate shortbread cookie for $5.99. As you can see, it looks like the top of Darth Maul’s head!
The detail is really cool, especially if you’re a big fan of the prequels! But, how does Darth Maul taste? Let’s find out!
The mousse is pretty heavy on the raspberry flavor, but it’s very tasty! If you’re a raspberry fan, you should enjoy it.
The chocoalte is delicious as well, we almost wish there was more of it in the treat!
If you like the combo of chocoalte and raspberry and also want a fun snack visually, you should try this out!
Jettison Juice
We also got the Jettison Juice! This is available from now through the end of May at ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, PizzeRizzo, and Rosie’s All-American Café.
It’s Minute Maid Lemonade and watermelon served with a glow cube for $8.49. This is a non-alcoholic drink!
We thought this drink was very good! It was a little bit on the sweeter side, but still refreshing.
The watermelon flavor is stronger than the lemonade flavor, so if you don’t like watermelon, this probably isn’t for you. It’s not too overwhelming though!
If you want a drink that’s on the safe side while still being a bit more fun than regular lemonade, check it out!
