Polystarch Puffbread Now Available at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland
We’ve got a fabulous edible treat for all you Star Wars fans. Our MickeyBloggers Greg and Elyssa are currently at Disneyland Resort and popped over to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge this afternoon. While there, they discovered a new menu item at the Milk Stand – Polystarch Puffbread.
The Polystarch Puffbread, according to Wookieepedia is a self-rising bread made with polystarch flour and water. At Niiima Outpost, scavengers like Rey treaded salvage for poly-starch which could be used to make the bread!
The Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge version is almost part roll, part croissant, and certainly caught the attention of this Storm Trooper.
One portion will set you back $5.99. It is fairly tiny for the price.
The flavor is your basic buttery croissant but it pairs perfectly with the drinks on offer at the Milk Stand.
The Puffbread is great for those that can’t decide between sweet or savory as it does offer a bit of both.
