Disneyland Paris Offers Exquisite Glimpse into New Resort Design
Today marked the end of yet another anniversary celebration at a Disney destination, the grand finale of the 30th anniversary festivities at Disneyland Paris. To close things out, Disneyland Paris hosted a Grand Finale Gala presentation today, offering us first looks at new attractions, restaurants, and even concept art for the redesigned Disneyland Hotel.
The five-star resort offers one of the most high-end lodging experiences at Disneyland Paris. Set to reopen next year, the extensive reimagining includes a complete overhaul of the resort’s lobby as well as its walkways and resort rooms.
Today, thanks to DLP Report, we got a sneak peek at the concept art shared for the whimsical new spaces. Shared during the gala, the new renderings feature three major Walt Disney Animation Studios films: “Moana,” “The Princess and the Frog,” and “Raya and the Last Dragon.”

Disneyland Hotel Showcases Art and Design Details
The lobby will showcase gold accents with an incredible chandelier. The showpiece provides ample visual magic as guests first enter the magnificent building. Encrusted in stars and swirls, the images certainly remind us a bit of the Disney Wish, Disney Cruise Line’s latest vessel.
With walls of books lining the second and third story hallways, the lobby also seems to be taking an enormous amount of inspiration from another animated classic, “Beauty and the Beast.” The intricate designs of the furnishings and candelabras add to the effect. Of course, the staircase also looks fit for Belle and the Beast to come strolling down for a waltz at any moment.
Previously, Disneyland Paris also shared concept art featuring Nordic touches from Disney’s “Frozen.” The colors and fabrics add warmth to the design of some guest rooms. We cannot wait to see which beloved film joins the penultimate resort’s new theming next!
