Mini Donuts are the Best Snack at Typhoon Lagoon
Typhoon Lagoon is open once again in Disney World! We visited the water park on the first day of its reopening to check everything out.
The park had been closed since November for refurbishment. We went all around Typhoon Lagoon to see the sights and try the snacks, so let’s take a look at some treats we tried!
Mini Donuts by Joffrey’s
There are a ton of different food options around Typhoon Lagoon. You can find classics like hot dogs and hamburgers as well as some more adventurous items.
One option for a snack is over at the Mini Donuts by Joffrey’s Coffee stand. This is located right be Singapore Sal’s souvenir shop.
In the area, you might even spot some hidden details, like a Society of Adventurers and Explorers reference!

The stand sells those classic mini donuts that pair perfectly with a day at a water park. There are also a few drink options like coffee and frozen lemonade.
Mini Donuts
You know we had to get some mini donuts to snack on! These come in either a 6-count or a 12-count.
The 6-count is $4.89 and the 12-count is $9.29. You can also get dipping sauce for an additional $1.59. The sauce options are chocolate, raspberry, and white chocolate.
I mean, did you even come to a Disney Water Park if you didn’t get @JoffreysCoffee Mini Donuts?!! 🍩 #joffreys #typhoonlagoon #disneyeats #disneyparks pic.twitter.com/ySqJtpSAxv

So, how do they taste? Well, as you might’ve guessed, they’re amazing! Fried dough with sugar is a winning combo.
We didn’t even get any dipping sauces for the donuts, but honestly, they don’t really need them! That’s how good they are.
Of course, this doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t dip your own donuts in some warm chocolate, because we’re sure that would be awesome, too.
Frozen Tidal Wave
We also tried out a new drink over here! The Frozen Tidal Wave is frozen lemonade with blue curaçao syrup, topped with blueberry popping boba for $6.49.
This drink was really good! It was better than we expected it to be since it seems rather simple.
We didn’t think it was too sweet at all. It was actually pretty refreshing!
The drink also has a nice amount of tartness to it that balances out the sweetness. And the popping boba add an extra element that takes the drink up a notch!
