Moonlight Magic Registration Details Released for Typhoon Lagoon, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios Events
Moonlight Magic is back this year at Disney World and registration will be opening soon for the events in Typhoon Lagoon, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdoms parks.

During a Moonlight Magic event, eligible Disney Vacation Club Members can visit a select theme park for a special celebration after the park has closed to the public! Enjoy an evening of enchantment, entertainment and so much more as the park becomes your playground.
Highlights for our privileged partiers include:
- Shorter-than-usual wait times for popular park attractions
- Disney Characters greetings
- Exceptional entertainment
- Complimentary special treats and delectable delights
Event registration is required to attend this event. Register online when your registration window opens. Please check below for each Moonlight Magic event location for details as registration periods for Guests with and without Resort reservations will vary.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Event Dates: May 11, 2023 and September 13, 2023
Early Registration Window* – Opens April 4, 2023
The early registration window for Disney’s Hollywood Studios events is open to eligible Members with existing Resort reservations at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida** or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort—with party size modifications finalized prior to April 2, 2023.
All Resort reservations and modifications—including your party size—must be completed by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 2, 2023. Modifications to your Resort reservation party size after April 2, 2023 will not change your party size for the event.
General Registration* – Opens May 3, 2023 and August 31, 2023
Event registration for the May 11 Disney’s Hollywood Studios event opens to all eligible Members on May 3, 2023 (pending availability). Event registration for the September 13 Disney’s Hollywood Studios event opens to all eligible Members on August 31, 2023 (pending availability). Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Event Dates: July 11, 2023 and August 2, 2023
Early Registration Window* – Opens June 14, 2023
The early registration window for Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park events is open to eligible Members with existing Resort reservations at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida** or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort—with party size modifications finalized prior to June 11, 2023.
All Resort reservations and modifications—including your party size—must be completed by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on June 11, 2023. Modifications to your Resort reservation party size after June 11, 2023 will not change your party size for the event.
General Registration* – Opens June 21, 2023 and July 19, 2023
Event registration for the July 11 Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park event opens to all eligible Members on June 21, 2023 (pending availability). Event registration for the August 2 Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park event opens to all eligible Members on July 19, 2023 (pending availability). The early registration window for Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park events is open to eligible Members with existing Resort reservations at a Disney-owned-and-operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida** or at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort—with party size modifications finalized prior to April 23, 2023.
All Resort reservations and modifications—including your party size—must be completed by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on April 23, 2023. Modifications to your Resort reservation party size after April 23, 2023 will not change your party size for the event.
General Registration* – Opens May 11, 2023 and August 9, 2023
Event registration for the May 23 Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park event opens to all eligible Members on May 11, 2023 (pending availability). Party Size Limits
A Member can register themself and up to 4 additional Guests per Membership (for a total of 5)—or up to the number of Guests on their Resort reservation, provided it was finalized prior to April 2, 2023. Modifications to your Resort reservation party size after April 2, 2023 will not change your party size for the event. Children younger than 3 years of age do not need to be registered for this event.
