In case you missed the news, our fabulous MickeyBlog reporters Jessie and Kristen have just returned ashore after a voyage aboard the iconic Disney Dream.
We’re so proud to have been hosted on this fabulous trip by Disney, and have had the best time sharing all the memories, magic, and Marvel-inspired mischief with you over the past week!

Vanellope’s Go-Kart Sundae
During their time on board, Jessie and Kristen were lucky enough to stop by Vanellope’s, the most adorable, sugar-fuelled dessert stop, where they ordered this truly memorable masterpiece: the Vanellope’s Go-Kart Sundae.
It was such an enjoyable experience that we simply had to take you along for the ride with us, so keep reading to see what the “sugar rush” was all about!
Vanellope’s is a location completely unique to the Disney Dream, and we were amused to be welcomed by this hilarious statue of King Candy, stood waving his flag in the entranceway!
As you can see from this highly enticing counter, the shop sells everything from cookies to cupcakes, macarons, ice cream, and everything in between. It was almost hard to choose what to order first!
But, like the title of this article suggests, it’s one very special dessert in particular that we were here to try out on this visit. Entitled “Vanellope’s Go-Kart Sundae,” this treat is perfect for anyone looking for a high-speed ice-cream race, fuelled completely by sugar and sweetness!
As I mentioned earlier, MickeyBlog was thrilled to be hosted on this voyage by Disney. However, the sundae is purchasable by any guest aboard the Dream and costs $12.95. Curious to see what’s included? Well, let’s find out!
Vanellope’s Go-Kart Sundae
As the name suggests, there are two key parts to this extra-special dessert. That’s the go-kart and the sundae!
We’ll start by telling you about the sundae, quickly, before it melts!

So, to create this frozen masterpiece, we start with three scoops of ice cream, with guests permitted to choose from a whole rainbow of unique flavors.
Then, Cast Members sprinkle that with five toppings of our choice. Fruit, candy, cookies, boba pearls, nuts… the combinations are endless!

To finish, each customized creation is topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and, of course, a cherry or two.
Finally, this cute chocolate card featuring the “Vanellope’s Sweet Treats” shop logo was also perched between the mounds of sweetness!
Mmm, is anyone else reaching for a spoon right now?
Now, each sundae comes served in the cutest go-kart souvenir bowl, which looks like it zoomed right out of the Wreck-it Ralph movie!

Designed as though it were crafted from cookies, cake, sprinkles, and more, this souvenir cart is perfect for any movie fan. You can even spot the “made by Vanellope and Ralph” inscription on one side!

So, once you’re done eating through that mountain of ice cream, guests are able to hold on to this adorable keepsake.
