Ever since Bob Iger reclaimed his role as CEO of the Walt Disney Company, the business world, and Disney fans in general, have waited to hear him speak with bated breath.
It seems like every time Bob Iger talks, we get more clarity into the direction that the Walt Disney Company is headed.
Big Changes
It began with Iger’s opening statement that he would be restructuring the company, and returning power to Disney’s creative employees.
Then came the news that the company would be laying off 7,000 employees as its business model became more streamlined.
While it is unclear what exactly will happen next at Disney, we now do know the next time that Bob Iger will make public remarks.
Bob Iger’s Next Public Appearance
On March 9, Bob Iger will participate in a question-and-answer session at Morgan Stanley’s Technology, Media and Telecom Conference.
While details of the Disney session of the conference have yet to be announced, we do know that it will take place at approximately 12:45 ET on March 9.
Who will be asking Bob Iger the questions, and the scope that the questions will encompass, remains to be seen. Nevertheless, if you are closely following the Walt Disney Company, you will want to put March 9 on your calendar.
