Disney Pin Traders Will Want To See These New Avatar Pins

If you are a Disney pin trader, then you know quickly it seems like Disney puts out new designs. Earlier today, we brought you news about a new set of Marvel comic pins.

Now however, I want to shift gears to the world of James Cameron’s Avatar. Ever since the release of The Way of Water, we have started to see more unique Avatar pins hit the shelves.

Today, when visiting the Pin Trader-Camera Center at EPCOT, we found that new pair of Avatar themed pins, that you have to see.

Tulkun Pin

The first new Avatar pin features a tulkun. Known to inhabit the oceans of Pandora, the tulkun are the largest animals on Pandora.

The tulkun practice pacifism, and have a strong sense of morality. In fact, they are forbidden from killing any other living creature.

While this whale like creature is held in high esteem by the Na’vi, the Resources Development Administration hunts the sea creature.

All in all, this pin is a great tribute a majestic species on Pandora.

AMP Pin

Speaking of the Resources Development Administration, the second new Avatar pin to arrive at EPCOT features an Amplified Mobility Platform.

These AMP’s are used by humans to survive the harsh Pandora atmosphere. They are also used in battle and to do work.

If you have visited Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you may have seen one of these large machines walking around.

In this pin, the suit seems to be used for research purposes more so than battle.

If you want to get your hands on either of these Avatar pins, be sure to visit the Pin Trader-Camera Center at EPCOT. These pins are both limited releases, so if you want one you will have to act quickly.
