“Charge To Room” Update Announced For Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests
Staying at a Disneyland Resort soon? Then you’ll want to keep reading as a brand new update has just been announced that might impact your stay. Beginning Tuesday (February 28th) Disneyland Resort Hotel guests wishing to charge items to their room at participating Merchandise or Food & Beverage locations must use the Disneyland app.
Previously guests could use their hotel room keys to complete these transactions. Going forward this will no longer be accepted as a way to charge to the room.
In order to access the Charge to Room option, Guests must first link their hotel reservation in the Disneyland app. Next click on the three horizontal lines to being up the menu. This is located on the bottom right of the app.
From the menu click on the My Hotel Reservation link.
Then select “Charge to Hotel Room” to pull up a barcode participating locations can scan.
