Disney World’s California Burger is Flavorful and Delicious!
Our MickeyBlogger is visiting Disney World today for lunch. Upon ordering the California Burger, she found it to be flavorful and delicious!
ABC Commissary
You’ll find this fantastic offering at ABC Commissary in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Located in Commissary Lane, the dining spot offers a menu with “international flair amid the Art Deco setting.”
California Burger
The California Burger is Plant-based.
It features a seared farm-fresh Plant-based burger with sriracha mustard and balsamic-glazed grilled peppers and onions. It comes with a “mayonnaise”-ketchup blend, lettuce, and tomato served with your choice of a side.
We chose steak fries, but you could also opt for arugala-farro salad or apple slices. You can also customize the selection to your liking!
This burger costs $12.79 plus tax, bringing it to $13.62 total.
Our MickeyBlogger shares that this is delicious!
She says that it’s “very hard to tell that it is Plant-based,” and that Disney did a great job with its construction!
The texture varies from a regular meat patty, with a more tender bite.
Although mustard is not her favorite condiment, she loves the heat from the Sriracha!
if you’re not a fan of strong flavors, our MickeyBlogger recommends getting the mustard on the side, so it doesn’t overpower the burger.
The peppers and onions are delicious, grilled to perfection, with a slight crunch!
The “mayonnaise”-ketchup blend is also very tasty, giving it that classic ketchup flavor traditionally found in burgers.
The lettuce and tomato are nice and fresh, adding textural contrast.
Upon sampling the steak fries, we found them to be one of the best we’ve tasted at the Park!
If you’re craving a hearty meal, head over to ABC Commissary and pick up the California Burger. It’s flavorful and delicious!
