International Festival of the Arts
First in the calendar year is the Epcot International Festival of the Arts.This festival celebrates art in many forms, including food, art displays, and various forms of live art.
Of course, food is an art form! And some of the creations at the festival look almost too good to eat! Almost…

Mozzarella Fritta
While sampling unique food and drink creations, take in the live musical performances that take place daily in the World Showcase Plaza.
But don’t miss out on the special concert series hosted in the American Garden Theater.
Other art experiences are available to view. In this year’s festival, acrobatics are featured. Also, you can watch artists at work while they create masterpieces.
But this festival isn’t just for viewing. There are multiple opportunities to be part of the action.
This year’s festival includes activities like learning to draw a character with a Disney animator, adding a special touch to a mural wall, and Imagination Kids Chalk Art!
International Flower and Garden Festival
Later in the Spring, Epcot hosts the International Flower and Garden Festival. The 2023 Epcot Flower and Garden Festival kicks off March 1st.
Food is always part of the fun at Epcot festivals. Enjoy a stroll around the World Showcase for unique flavors at the outdoor kitchens.
While eating around the World Showcase, guests are surrounded by countless topiaries. Find your favorite characters and take advantage of these unique photo ops!
Next, get your dancing shoes ready for the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the American Gardens Theater! Artists have not been announced yet – stay tuned!
But don’t forget to check out the retail stores at the entrance to the World Showcase; you may find that a scavenger hunt card is available for purchase!

International Food and Wine Festival
The third festival comes when the peak summer season starts to die down. In late summer and through the Fall, you will find the International Food and Wine Festival has taken over Epcot!
The World Showcase in Epcot always offers international fare; during the International Food and Wine Festival, there are a ton of additional countries represented!
First, get a special gift card wristlet (available for purchase at the festival booths) to make it easier to eat and drink your way around the festival booths.
Also, as with the other festivals, a scavenger hunt is typically available for purchase, with a prize when completed!
Don’t miss the special merchandise offerings available only at festival locations. Each year, a new spirit jersey is just one of many popular items guest look forward to.
Another very popular draw for the Food and Wine Festival is the Eat to the Beat Concert Series at the American Garden Theater. Disney releases concert schedules closer to the festival.
