Just Announced: Seminars, Hotel Events and Receptions For This Year’s California Adventure Food & Wine Fest
We’ve got some exciting news for West Coast Disney fans! Disneyland Resort has just announced the line-up of Hotel Events & Classes for This Year’s California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. We’ve got the exciting details of all of the incredible culinary activities you can enjoy in 2023.

Carthay Circle Winemaker Receptions
Guests booking this special reception can enjoy hand-selected California wines that have been masterfully paired with an array of small plates. The event takes place at Disney California Adventure and for 2023, there will be three nights of gourmet wine-focused pairings. Each event will highlight wines from different California wineries and the menus are designed to enhance the flavor of the wine.
Guest presenters from each winery will provide details on the wines as well as tasting notes. This years Winemaker Receptions are as follows:

Reservations and payment for Winemaker Receptions are required, and space is limited for these popular events. We recommend booking in advance.
Guests should also note that a valid California Adventure theme park ticket and park reservations are required for the same date of the booked event. Trader Sam’s Tiki Mixology Seminar – Monday March 6, 2023 and Monday, April 10, 2023
- Learn to make Trader Sam’s famous HippopotoMai-Tai. Then sample sweet and spicy snacks around the outdoor fireplace. You’ll even get to take home a tiki mug as a souvenir of your adventure!
- The event takes place at Trader Sam’s which is located at the Disneyland Hotel. The cost to attend is $159 per person-plus tax and gratuities.

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Food and Wine Experience- Friday, April 21, 2023
- Meet the chefs, sommeliers and art historians at Disney’s Grand Californian while you sip wines and enjoy specially crafted plates at the Hearthstone Lounge.
- The event will feature selections and experts from Laurent-Perrier, Stag’s Leap Winery, Miner Family Wines, Darioush, Clos Du Val, Heitz Cellars and ZD Wines.
- The cost to attend is $225 per person plus tax and gratuities.
