Celebrate 100 Years of Disney Magic With New Digital Wallpapers
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog you’ll know that Disney is celebrating its 100th Anniversary. One of the ways the company is celebrating is through Disney100: The Exhibition which is an all-new immersive exhibit from the Walt Disney Archives. This must-see event opens at The Franklin Institute in Philadelphia on February 18th.

The exhibit is being touted as a collection of more than 250 “Crown Jewels.” To celebrate Disney has created 10 posters for each of the galleries that make up Disney100: The Exhibition. These images have been created by artists Dave Pacheco and Shane Enoch.
During the Exhibition guests will explore imaginatively-themed galleries featuring moving stories, interactive installations and background history taking guests on a journey through 100 years of The Walt Disney Company. The exhibition is all inclusive covering everything from Snow White to Strange World alongside contemporary releases from Pixar, Star Wars, Marvel and National Geographic.
Each of the new posters represents one of the installations at the Disney 100 Exhibition. Disney has turned these beauties into Digital wallpapers that you can use to add a bit of magic to your PC, mobile phone or tablet. These designs are fabulous. Let’s take a look:
The first images recreate the emotion and wonder of the Partners Statue.
The next image features what initially looks like Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Look closer though and you’ll see elements from Disney films like Aladdin, Pixar films like UP and even Elsa’s ice castle from Frozen.
Next it’s all about theme park attractions.
This yellow digital wallpaper features pink images that really evoke the feeling of being at the theme parks.
You’ll notice the monorail, “it’s a small world,” Mickey Balloons, Space Mountain, Dumbo the Flying Elephant and more!
Sorcerer Mickey takes center stage in this next image.
Mickey is conjuring up magical iconic images from Disney’s films. You’ll see Mary Poppin’s umbrella, the enchanted rose from Beauty and the Beast and more.
The last Disney 100 digital image is a tribute to Disney’s incredible animators as Mickey gives his very own image the ink and paint treatment.
