CLOSED: Two Magic Kingdom Rides Are Unexpectedly Down Today

Ride closures can be due to factors like weather, technical issues, maintenance, and many more reasons, and most of the time a ride closure is only temporary. However, if you’re heading to Magic Kingdom today, you might not be able to ride two Tomorrowland rides for the day.
PeopleMover and Astro Orbiter Are Closed
Our MickeyBlogger was in Magic Kingdom today when they discovered that the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover and Astro Orbiter rides are both closed in Tomorrowland.

We spoke to a Cast Member who let us know that they’re repairing a ramp leading up to the PeopleMover, and it may be closed for the remainder of the day.

We recommend checking for ride closures in the My Disney Experience app, which also shows wait times, showtimes, and other important pieces of information. That way you avoid walking all the way to the ride only to be disappointed!
