Disney Cast Members Receive Special Opportunities Through Magic Backstage
Cast Members are often the people making all the magic for guests in Disney Parks, and they deserve to get recognized!
Cast Members at Magic Kingdom
Magic Backstage is a program that gives Cast Members special opportunities like weekly sweepstakes, an overnight stay at Cinderella Castle, a sailing on the Disney Wish, and much more, and recently there were two special sweepstakes Cast Member winners were able to enjoy!
Magic Backstage at The Ganachery
Cast Members visited the Ganachery in Disney Springs for a behind-the-scenes experience making chocolate creations of all kinds! They explored the chocolate fountains, learned from chocolatiers, and more.

Cast Members over at the Disney Event Group were able to receive a private tour of Disney’s Floral & Gifts headquarters, where they explored the costuming, basketeering, and floral departments.

The winners of the sweepstakes created floral bouquets, learned more about floral arrangements, and even planted hidden Mickeys in their flowers.

Another Magic Backstage program is Pixie Patrol, which surprises Cast Members with special Disney merchandise at pop-up stations. Cast Members can win toys, towels, drinkware, books, tote bags, and more.
