Those of us who attended Walt Disney World’s 25th anniversary will never forget it. Sure, the celebration is best remembered for transforming Cinderella Castle into a giant birthday cake, but you also had new attraction openings, limited edition merchandise, and of course, the Remember the Magic parade.

For many Disney Fans, the 25th anniversary, and the mid-1990s overall, has become the gold standard for Walt Disney World. After all the Disney Decade was upon us and the company still felt very connected to its roots.

The front of this blue coat features the Sorcerer Mickey 25th anniversary logo! In case you don’t remember Sorcerer Mickey was the star of the anniversary celebration!

While the front of this jacket is certainly cool, the back is amazing! It features the full Walt Disney World 25th Anniversary logo, which featured Disney characters surrounding Cinderella’s coach.

At the time of the 25th anniversary, the Disney Renaissance was in full swing and Simba, Lumiere and Genie were all new characters.

This trio of hero’s was joined by Goofy, Tinker Bell, and, of course, Sorcerer Mickey to complete the official logo. Here is a closer look at the back of the jacket.

I really love how Disney has released new merchandise for past celebrations. For a long time it felt that things like the 25th anniversary logo would simply be lost to history.
