Join Us as We Try Out New Seasonal Flavors at Salt & Straw in Disney Springs
Our MickeyBlogger spent yesterday afternoon at Disney Springs and popped into one of our favorite ice cream shops – Salt & Straw to try out some brand new seasonal flavors! This month its Salt & Straw’s dairy free decadence series with a delicious array of dairy-free flavors.
As you can see from the signage at the Disney Springs shops, the Dairy-Free Decadence Series features 5 new flavors!
The first new flavor is a non-dairy Bananas Foster.
The base brings the flavors of bananas and caramel. There are also hints of rum and molasses.
Next on our list is the Chocolate Sorbet.
This delectable treat is made with dark cocoa powder mixed with rich chocolate
The combination makes a delectable chocolate ganache.
A hint of salt adds the finishing touch!
The next flavor is (Oat)Milk and Cookies! Let’s start with Chocolate Chip Cookies combined with cinnamon-spiked vanilla oatmilk.
Some chocolate ganache is added for extra decadence.
Next we move on to the Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.
Red Velvet Cake is infused with coconut ice cream and swirled in red velvet batter. The Cream Cheese Frosting adds an extra bit of sweetness.
That brings us to our final delicious flavor.
Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge. The last Diary-Free limited-edition flavor features coconut vanilla ice cream.
The ice cream is drizzled in a semi-sweet caramel fudge swirl.
The ice cream is then flecked with shards of peanut brittle.
