New Haunted Mansion Storytelling Experience ‘Disney Story Beyond’ Comes to Tokyo Disney
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again- Tokyo Disney gets the best toys! Here’s a great example, the park has just unveiled a brand new storytelling program called “Disney Story Beyond.” The program focuses on the Haunted Mansion and develops stories that go above and beyond those the guests may already know.
Disney Story Beyond- Haunted Mansion
From January 26 through March 31, 2022 the first Disney Story Beyond will feature Haunted Mansion at Tokyo Disneyland. Guests will be able to enjoy limited-time access to new stories and characters in a variety of ways both inside and outside the attraction. This includes augmented reality photo opportunities with ghosts. Guests will also be able to enjoy nazotoki, a popular Mystery-Solving program in Japan.
In addition, merchandise themed to Disney Story Beyond – Haunted Mansion will be available to purchase.
Disney Story Beyond- Fan Art Event
Can’t make it to the parks for the Disney Story Beyond? You can still get in on the fun with a chance to enjoy the stories and characters virtually. You can take part in the Disney Story Beyond Fan Art Event where aspiring storytellers can submit original fan art depicting the newest Haunted Mansion residents.

Through Disney Story Beyond, Tokyo Disney Resort guests will be able to enjoy even more storytelling magic at the parks. Disney hopes that through this experience you’ll be able to develop a deeper love for our park experiences.
