Josh Gad Gives Olaf Seal of Approval at Walt Disney World Resort
It’s always fun to see a voice actor come face to face with a Disney Parks character representing them. Recently, Josh Gad gave Olaf his seal of approval on Frozen Ever After at Walt Disney World Resort!

Josh Gad is one of the celebrity narrators for EPCOT’s Candlelight Processional this year. His scheduled performances took place on December 10 through December 12, 2022.

Before his final show, he thanked fans for coming out. In an Instagram post, he stated, “Thank u all who have come & celebrated Candlelight at Epcot with us.”
He went on to acknowledge, “The crowds have been INSANE & apparently record breaking. It’s been a joy to celebrate with you.”
While at the Parks, he took some time to enjoy various attractions. One of which was the Frozen Ever After ride in the Norway Pavilion, where he came face to face with a beloved character he brought to life.
Gad shared an Instagram video capturing the comical scene. He filmed the snowman as he sang to ride goers onboard their boats.
Seal of Approval
Turning the camera to himself, he gave his seal of approval, stating, “Sounds good.” The Instagram post was captioned with a tongue and cheek, “Two Olafs don’t make a right.”
As reported by The Blast, fans got a kick out of the video and were quick to comment on it!

Earlier this year at the D23 Expo 2022, Gad was inducted as a Disney Legend. In his acceptance speech, he shared that Robin Williams was his inspiration as the Genie in Disney’s Aladdin.
He also jokingly referenced an ironic Disney Parks incident that occurred when he was a teenager. He concluded, “And finally, to the person who rejected me at Disney Casting Headquarters in Orlando, Florida when I was 18 years old and applying to be a Jungle Cruise Skipper — true story — please make sure to update my resume to Disney Legend Josh Gad.”

Recently, we shared that Olaf almost didn’t make it into the movie Frozen. We’re glad he did, and are happy to hear that Josh Gad has given Olaf his seal of approval at Walt Disney World Resort!
