Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Host Stephen “tWitch” Boss Passes Away at 40
It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Stephen “tWitch Boss. The former host of Disney Fairy Tale Weddings and Ellen Degeneres DJ was 40 years of age.

Boss’ wife, Allison Holker Boss confirmed his death, which was later reported as suicide. She said in a statement, “He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans.”
Stephen got his start as a contestant on MTV’s The Wade Robson Project and would go on to become a runner-up on Star Search. He later appeared on So You Think You Can Dance in 2008 where he was the runner up. He would go on to judge the show when it returned in 2022.
Boss is probably most well-known for his role on The Ellen DeGeneres Show where he served as a guest DJ and would go on to be promoted to executive producer in 2020. Other credits include appearances on Magic Mike XXL, Modern Family and Step Up All In.
In addition to his wife Allison, Boss is survived by his children Zaia 3, Maddox 6 and Weslie 14. Our thoughts go out to all of Stephen’s friends, family and colleagues.
