Another Look: Te Fiti at Journey Of Water at EPCOT
Yesterday we shared the exciting news that construction on Journey into Water crossed a major milestone and that the stunning statue of Te Fiti is now visible. Today we passed by on the monorail to get another look at this majestic new addition to the EPCOT skyline.
In these images you can make out the top of Te Fiti above the green construction walls that surround the new Journey of Water attraction.
Te Fiti measures an impressive 16 feet tall and if you’ve seen her, you’ll know her as one of the deities that factor into Moana’s epic timeline.
The attraction Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana is slated to open in late 2023.
It will take guests on an educational yet fun exploration of the wonders of water along an interactive trail that EPCOT visitors of all ages are sure to love! Once complete, guests will explore and engage with water as it journeys from the skies to the oceans and back again.
