Pumpkin Mousse Cake at Roaring Fork Is Ultimate Thanksgiving Indulgence
A few weeks ago, when we shared our Thanksgiving Foodie Guide with you, there was one treat in particular that we couldn’t wait to try. We’ll the day has finally arrived. We popped over to Roaring Fork at Wilderness Lodge to sample the Pumpkin Mousse Cake.
This treat made its debut on November 20th and will be at the quick service spot until December 29th.
The base is a spice cake that is dipped in orange chocolate.
The treat is topped with milk chocolate pumpkin mousse.
The cake is then adorned with candy leaves.
Chocolate antlers serve as a fun play on the idea of a “Mousse!”
This treat can be ordered in advance using mobile ordering. Our MickeyBlogger said that the chocolate coating on the bottom of the cake making it a bit of a messy goodie. The spiciness of the cake was definitely the highlight.
