According to the Orange County Register, sales will begin no earlier than 9:00 a.m. Pacific time. Guests can purchase their choice of Magic Key on Disneyland’s app and website.
The three passes that are available for sale are still being sold at their previous rate. Those passes include the Inspire Key for $1599, the Believe Key for $1099, and the Imagine Key for $449.
The Imagine Key is only available to Southern California residents. If you’re wondering about the Enchant Key, currently, it can only be renewed by current Pass holders.
They have up to 30 days before their Passes expire to renew the key. A Disney official clarified, “Passes or a pass type are subject to limited availability and may not be available from time to time or at any given time.”
Magic Keys replaced Annual Passes in 2021 during the pandemic, complete with new restrictions. Guests now have to make reservations to enter the Parks, which they never had to do before.
The Dream Key was replaced by the Inspire Key after sales were halted in October 2021. Afterward, the Believe Key became unavailable, followed by the Enchant and Imagine Keys.
Guests have been frustrated with the new Pass system since its inception. Some have even sued Disney over it.
Recently, when Magic Keys became available for renewal, it was disappointing to learn that no new sales would commence. So, this is an exciting day for Disneyland fans!
MickeyBlog will continue to keep you posted as new details develop. For now, we are excited to announce that Disneyland Resort has finally resumed sales of most Annual Passes!
