Disney Wish Chandelier Goes Red for Pirates Night
If you’ve been following along with MickeyBlog, you’ll know that we’re currently aboard the Disney Wish for a 3-night sailing to the Bahamas. Last night the ship celebrated Pirate Night and there’s a new element of this special-themed celebration that really blew us away. Check out the colorful display of the ships central atrium.
The focal point of the ship’s central atrium is a stunning chandelier.
During most of the sailing the chandelier is a stunning champagne color to tie in with the stunning decor and accent the Cinderella statue taking central stage in the lobby.
This made the transition to a deep rich ruby red even more dramatic.
For those unfamiliar, Pirate Night takes place on select Disney Cruise Line sailing.
It is an evening of swashbuckling fun complete with Pirate themed entertainment, fireworks at sea, a pirate costume party and more!
As you can see the chandelier looks stunning next to the golden Christmas tree that was put up for the Disney Wish’s first Very Merrytime sailing!
