New Holiday Minnie Bundt Cake is a Jolly Addition at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

The holidays have well and truly arrived at the parks, and here at MickeyBlog we’re having a lot of fun reviewing all the tasty new dishes available to guests throughout the festive period. From cookies to churros and everything in-between, it really is the season of sugar, spice, and all things nice!
For this next review, our MickeyBlogger Kristen is over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, where a cute new cake has just popped on the menu over at ABC Commissary.
It’s sweet, it’s seasonal, and it’s inspired by a certain style icon… can you guess who?
That’s right, this all-new dessert is inspired by Minnie Mouse herself, entitled the Holiday Minnie Bundt Cake!
And, what an adorable bundt cake this is, too.
A spiced sponge rolled in cinnamon sugar and stuffed full of apple pie filling, this treat is full of warming flavors!
It’s a spiced maple buttercream and salted caramel icing that finish this cake, along with chocolate Minnie ears, a sprinkle of shimmer, and a shower of festive sprinkles. How cute!
According to Kristen, this cake was dense but delicious, with a lot of flavor coming from that apple pie filling. The cinnamon sugar adds some sweet crunch to the cake, and the glittery finish makes the whole thing such a fun dessert to enjoy at the holidays!
