Available at both Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort this month, the Maple Pot de Crème is sure to be a popular treat among guests.
Rich in texture and with the sweetest fall flavors, its’ like a pot of autumnal magic just waiting to be enjoyed!
Our MickeyBloggers picked this up from the Landscape of Flavors restaurant in Disney’s Art of Animation – a great place to eat, and an even greater spot to take photos!
In a texture not too dissimilar to a crème brulee, this pot de crème is infused with the richest maple flavor.
It’s topped with lashings of Chantilly cream, and orange-colored maple leaves, created from sugar cookies!
It was our MickeyBlogger Kristen who was lucky enough to take one for the team and try this for us, and we’re pleased to share that she attests it tastes just like maple syrup!
So much so, that the dessert has a bit of a pancake-like appeal to it, so will definitely be a good one for the kids or breakfast-lovers looking for a sweet snack this November!
So, although the color of this dessert might not be the most appealing, we can assure you that it’s worth a try if you’re planning on visiting either the Art of Animation or Pop Century resorts this November.
Why not catch the Disney Skyliner over, and enjoy a scenic flight to the treat?
The Maple Pot de Crème costs $5.79.
If you’re a fan of fall treats, we’re thrilled to say that a whole bunch of new flavors have blown into Walt Disney World this week, thanks to the arrival of November!
We have already stopped by Disney’s All-Star Music Resort to try out the amusingly-named Gobble Wobble Bundt Cake, and we’ll be sharing many more treats with you as the weeks go on.
