BREAKING NEWS: Green Army Drum Corps Returning to Hollywood Studios Next Month
A beloved staple of Toy Story Land will be returning soon! We are so excited to say that disneyworld.com has updated its page for the Green Army Drum Corps which seem to indicate a reopening date. Let’s take a closer look:
Back in July we reported that Disney had updated the Green Army Drum Corps page on My Disney Experience to announce that these theme park percussionists would be returning soon. However, no further announcements have been made since mid-Summer. UNTIL NOW!
Today we noticed that starting on November 6th, times are listed for the Green Army Drum Corps on the Hollywood Studios Entertainment schedule on My Disney Experience.
From that point forward, daily schedules are listed for the troupe. Here’s a look at the schedule:
Daily times listed are a follows:
- 10:30 am
- 11:30 am
- 12:30 pm
- 2:30 pm
- 3:30 pm
- 4:30 pm
This is exciting news for those planning a visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in November as the Green Army Drum Corps performances are joining Fantasmic! which is officially returning to the theme parks on November 3rd! It’s so nice to see entertainment making a return to Walt Disney World.

For those unfamiliar, The Green Army Men are inspired by Andy’s beloved toys from the Toy Story films. The band of drummers has traditionally made appearances at Toy Story Land throughout the day where they dazzle guests with their marching sequences and high-energy drumming!
Skilled musicians, the Green Army men play the snare, bass drum and quads!
The Green Army Drum Corps was one of the many live performances put on hold post COVID-19 shutdown. As a substitute, the army men were seen during some of the character cavalcades that happened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
