Add Some Digital Disney Magic To Your Halloween
October has officially arrived and that means that Halloween is just around the corner. Just because you may not be able to visit a Disney theme parks this Halloween doesn’t mean that you can’t celebrate with a bit of Disney magic!
Disney is giving us a handful of fabulous ways to decorate your online devices with a bit of spooktacular magic. This includes GIFs, Zoom backgrounds, wallpaper and everything in between. Let’s take a closer look:
1. Put Up New Disney Halloween Wallpapers and Video Chat Backgrounds
With more and more people opting to work from home, Zoom calls are still a huge part of life. What better way to celebrate Halloween Disney-style than with a boo-tiful background. Disney has just unveiled a few new Halloween wallpaper backgrounds.

The new eerily enchanting green Disney Parks Halloween wallpaper is available in sizes for desktop, iPad, mobile, and Apple Watch. All other designs are available in sizes compatible with video conferencing platforms.
There are plenty more wickedly wonderful wallpapers you can add to your phone or computer desktop in a variety of daunting dimensions. To download, right-click on the image and save it to your computer, be sure to check out the terms of use about using all of our wallpapers before downloading. For virtual calls, follow the conferencing platform’s instructions to add the image to your video conferencing.
2. Add New Disney Halloween Instagram GIF Stickers to Your Stories
On Instagram? Then be sure to check out Disney Parks Halloween Instagram Story GIF stickers. While creating your story, simply navigate to the GIFT button and search “Disney Parks Halloween” in GIPHY and you’ll be treated to a bit of pixie dust!
In addition, and in celebration of Hocus Pocus 2, you’ll also find Hocus Pocus Instagram GIFs. You can have the Sanderson sisters peering into your Instagram story. Simply search “Halfway to Halloween” in GIPHY!
3. Try New Disney PhotoPass Lenses and Virtual Backgrounds at Walt Disney World Resort
Disney PhotoPass has new ways to spice up your photos! Be sure to check out new augmented reality features at Walt Disney World Resort. New Hocus Pocus and Haunted Mansion Disney PhotoPass Lenses are now available. Find out more in the My Disney Experience app. The lenses will only be available through October 31st.

Also pop over to Disney Springs and you can place yourself in an array of Disney Halloween-themed locations with virtual backgrounds at the Disney PhotoPass Studios at Disney Springs. You’ll find the studio just next to Marketplace Co-Op and Ghirardelli® Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop. Some of the backgrounds you can choose from include:

- Main Street Halloween
- Haunted Mansion
- Nightmare Before Christmas
- Maleficent

4. Use Disney Parks Voices on TikTok for Creepy Cool Content
Disney and TikTok have collaborated allowing you to add text-to-speech voices inspired by popular attractions! You can personalize your on-screen text with official character voices inspired by both Pirates of the Caribbean and Disney’s Haunted Mansion.
5. Find Fall Disney Home Activities and News on the Disney Parks Blog
