Celebrate Hocus Pocus 2 With Special Treat at The Ganachery in Disney Springs
It is beginning to look a lot like Halloween over at one of our favorite chocolate shops on the planet – The Ganachery at Disney Springs! To celebrate the Disney+ premiere of Hocus Pocus 2, the shop has a special goodie that celebrates the Sanderson Sisters!
For $14.00 you can pop in and grab yourself a Sisters’ Elixir.
These hot chocolate bombs come complete with marshmallows.
They also come pre-packed in a cute Ganachery box.
There is a limit of 2 per person.
You’ll notice that they also come with a broom stirrer stick!
For those wondering how the cocoa bombs work, don’t worry it takes very little toil or trouble.
It is recommended that you put the cauldron in a mug.
It is then recommended that you heat up a small saucepan with whole milk (enough for a 10 – 12 oz servings.)
Once the milk starts to simmer (not boil!) pour the milk into the mug with the cauldron!
What happens next is positively bewitching. Use the chocolate broom to stir and before you know it, you’ve got a delicious cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows!
We couldn’t leave the shop without mentioning a few other treats and the DECOR!
The dark chocolate skulls are an annual Ganachery hit.
They come in a box of four and retail for $15.
The skulls are made with 65% dark chocolate and have a creamy, caramel ganache center.
They come pre-packed in a cute orange box!
We also wanted to give a tip-of-the-hat to the awesome show pieces inside the shop.
There are candy skulls on display that are absolute works of art.
The first celebrates our friends from Wonderland with skulls decorated with references to the Queen of Hearts and the Mad Hatter.
There’s also a pirate-themed display featuring a candy skull complete with tricorn hat and eyepatch. Also notice that all the doubloons have Hidden Mickeys!
This next chocolate skull is inspired by Fantasia.
You’ll see a Sorcerer Mickey hat, musical notes and sheet music!
There’s also a version covered in bright red mushrooms which is definitely giving us Autumn vibes.
The ganache case also features a spooky chocolate tree with bats and moon!
If you’ll be at Disney Springs this Halloween Season, you’ll definitely want to stop at The Ganachery. Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog for further Walt Disney World news and updates. We’ll be coming to you LIVE! from the theme parks each and every week.
