As Hurricane Ian Approaches, Tornado Warnings Announced for Osceola County
As Hurricane Ian begins to make landfall as a Category 4 storm, the risk for extreme weather increases including tornadic activity. With this in mind, a Toronado Warning has been issued for Osceola County until 3:30 pm.
A tornado warning is different from a watch in that it means that tornados have been spotted. You can check out the official tweet from WESH below:

After 3:30 a tornado watch will remain in effect for Osceola until 5pm today.
For those unfamiliar, Walt Disney World Resort takes up 47 square miles. Though the majority of tourist areas are in Orange County, the property does extend into Osceola County.
