Jaleo in Disney Springs is Hosting Special Dining Academy Events And We’ve Got The Delicious Details

The first Jaleo Academy actually takes place tonight September 22nd. However, this event is sold out.  This evening’s dinner kicks off at 6:30pm and features a four course dinner led by Jaleo’s team of chefs, drinks, tapas and a one hour chef demonstration that features recipes that you can recreate at home. 

The courses include Jaleo favorites like  Pan de Cristal, Gambas al Ajillo and Flan.

If you missed out on tonight’s event then you can still book your tickets for the next Jaleo Academy happening on September 29, 2022.  This event will also kick off on 6:30 pm.  

This event also features an intimate four-course dinner of only 16 guests led by Jaleo’s theme of chefs.  Guests will be greeted with drinks and classic tapas before the one-hour chef demonstration with recipes that you can recreate at home.  

Among the four courses are favorites including Gazpacho Remolacha, Butifarra Casera, and Tarta de Queso Vasca.

Tickets for this very exclusive dining event are $250.00 per person You can book your spot here. 

For those unfamiliar, Jaleo is Chef Jose Andres eatery which celebrates tradition and contemporary Spanish cuisine.  You’ll find delicious lunch and dinner menus including tapas, authentic paellas cooked over a wood-fired pit, cheeses, salads and other signature specialties. 

The menu also features sangrias, Spanish wines and sherries!
