Long Lines of Guests Already Waiting for Day Two of D23 Expo!
Good morning from Ahaheim, California!
The sun has not yet risen, yet the lines are forming and the excitement in the air is palpable. It’s day 2 of the D23 Expo!
As always, MickeyBloggers are ready and raring for the convention, and we’ll be here reporting LIVE to you right through the weekend. That’s right, you can hear all the latest news, announcements, revelations and more right on MickeyBlog.com, and we’d love to have you join us for the experience on our socials, too!
But, physically over in Anaheim, we’re in good company. With Disney California Adventure shining brightly in the distance, we’re over at the expo center, with crowds in their masses waiting to enter for day 2!
All along the street, fans are excitedly waiting for another day of Disney magic. Many are choosing to sit on the sidewalk to wait, and there’s even someone there with a guitar!
Now, this sign above lets us know that the doors will be opening at 5am, with strict instructions that nobody is permitted to wait outside prior to 4.30am.
You may think, that’s ok – who would be up at that time anyway?
Well, the answer is, as always… Disney fans! These photos were taken at 4am and, I don’t know about you, but those lines look to me like they’ve been in place a good while!
Prohibited queueing activity aside, the excitement is sparkling in the air and fuelling the wait time with magic.
After all, who needs caffeine this early in the morning, when you have the promise of a Disney-filled day ahead of you?
As you can see from the photos, the lines stretch a long, long distance down the road. It was the same yesterday, for day one of the expo, with long queues ready and waiting nice and early for the show to begin!
