Marvel Celebrates Spider-Man 60th Anniversary with Giveaway!
This Saturday at the D23 Expo, Marvel will be celebrating 60 years of Spider-Man with a giveaway at the Marvel Comics: Celebrating 60 Years of the Amazing Spider-Man panel.
Fans attending the panel will be able to add two different Amazing Fantasy #1000 covers to their collection. Both covers feature unique artwork by Humberto Ramos and Marvel colorist & writer Edgar Delgado.

The first cover features a birthday celebration for Spider-Man who is hanging from the ceiling. Mickey Mouse is seen holding a birthday cake with a city scape topped with a 60th candle.
Marvel Characters Iron Man, Captain America, Captain Marvel and Black Panther are present for the party. Spider-Man balloons are scattered across the floor while presents are stacked high in the back of this teenagers bedroom.

Next, on the second cover, we see Spider-Man is now presenting Mickey with a cake celebrating 100 years of the Walt Disney Company.
Mickey Mouse and friends Donald Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Minnie and Daisy are all on hand for the celebration. In this image we are in the office of an animator where we can see many remnants of Disney icons like Sorcerer Mickey’s hat, Stitch, Baymax, Pinocchio and more.
The Marvel Comics: Celebrating 60 Years of the Amazing Spider-Man panel kicks off on Saturday at 2:00pm PT on the Backlot Stage.
