Play Disney Parks App to Feature NEW DisneyMe!

How adorable is this new experience coming to the Play Disney Parks app!

The app will soon feature a new interactive offering – DisneyMe!

DisneyMe will allow Guests to create a digital avatar of themselves in the Play Disney Parks app. Create your digital representation and then customize it with Disney style! Disney tees, ears, shoes, accessories, it’s all there!

Digital Guests will have the opportunity to venture on special “quests” in the parks and on Disney Cruise ships. The first launch of DisneyMe will be as part of the “Disney Uncharted Adventure” upon the Disney Wish!

This fun new experience will launch later this month. As a special preview, Guests at tomorrow’s D23 Expo in Anaheim will be invited to preview the fun with their DisneyMe avatar and an invitation to embark upon a special quest available ONLY at the Expo! Attendees can deck their digital dopplegangers out in Disney Wish or D23 Expo gear and take their DisneyMe around the Expo showroom floor. The quest is already live on the app!

DisneyMe will publicly launch in the Play Disney Parks app after the Expo.

We don’t have exact details on other quests or what parks they will launch in at first, but we should hear much more as Greg headed to Anaheim for the D23 Expo today!
