The Top 5 Snacks at the Magic Kingdom
There are snacks galore at all Disney theme parks, often which come and go with the seasons. There are a few that have been around for a while at the Magic Kingdom and stand out to me as the Top 5 Snacks at the Magic Kingdom.
In order of how to find them (because they are impossible to put in numerical order).
Corn Dog Nuggets at Casey’s Corner
At the end of Main Street USA, you will find Casey’s Corner (a staple at the Magic Kingdom since 1995). Quintessential American food of hot dogs and French fries.
The corn dog nuggets are served with French fries. Add the cheese sauce and it’s a perfect snack to eat while waiting for one of the cavalcades or parade.
Spring Rolls at the Food Cart near Adventureland
Continuing almost into Adventureland, you will see a food cart right before you step on the bridge into Adventureland.
Typically, it has a line at least a few people deep. At this food cart you can find, the Spring Rolls.
Currently they come in two flavors, cheeseburger (my favorite) & pastrami. But don’t fear if they both sound good.
They do have an option to get one of each.
Tropical Serenade at Aloha Isle
Toward the back of Adventureland, you will find Aloha Isle, right next to the Magic Carpets of Aladdin Ride and the Enchanted Tiki Room.
Here I could just list Dole Whips because having at least one Dole Whip is a must on every trip.
But my absolute favorite is the Tropical Serenade. It’s coconut soft-serve in Pineapple-Orange-Guava Juice (known to long time Disney World Visitors as POG juice) with an upside-down pineapple cake pop.
Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments
As you find yourself in Liberty Square, you could easily walk by our next stop at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments. It can be found just across the mote from the castle, next to the walking path on the left of the castle that takes you into Fantasyland.
The star of the show here is the Fresh Fruit Waffle Sandwich. A Belgian waffle with chocolate-hazelnut spread served with strawberries, bananas, and blueberries. Big enough for two to share.
Popcorn at Popcorn Carts around the Magic Kingdom
The last Magic Kingdom snack that can’t be missed can be found at many locations around the Magic Kingdom. It’s Popcorn.
Where that might sound simple compared to the rest of the list, there is just something about Disney Popcorn. For my youngest, it’s his favorite snack.
Often made even better when enjoyed in one of Disney’s specialty popcorn buckets. On top of that, when you get a popcorn bucket full of popcorn, you can get a refill for your bucket at any of the theme parks for $2.25.
These Top 5 snacks are just a short list of the many fantastic snacks that you can find at the Magic Kingdom. There always is something for even the pickiest of eaters to find.
