VIDEO: Cast Members Take Their Artistic Skills to EPCOT’s World Showcase
Artistic inspiration is everywhere you look at EPCOT. That’s why we love the idea of Cast Members getting their own private art class in the middle of the World Showcase!
Thanks to a recent offering, a group of about 50 cast members along with friends and family were able to create their own masterpiece in a quiet theme park before it opened to the general public!
An instructor was on hand to help cast members pain EPCOT’s crown jewel – Spaceship Earth. Each of the cast members that participated won the opportunity by entering Magic Backstage, a special sweepstakes program just for them.
“As I was walking into EPCOT this morning, I looked up at Spaceship Earth and felt so grateful that I am a cast member and this is my life,” said Claire Embil, a Disney College Program participant. “I love that we get to experience Disney magic like this that nobody else can.”
Check out the video below of this awesome opportunity:
You can now try your hand at creating your own Spaceship Earth masterpiece by following along with the instructor above! All you need, in the words of Figment, is one little park of inspiration!
Readers are encouraged to keep following along with MickeyBlog for further Walt Disney World news updates. We’ll be coming to you LIVE from the theme parks each and every week.
