Now Open! There’s Oodles of Noodles at This Marketplace Booth!
It’s a beautiful Tuesday here at Epcot, where the sun is shining over the 2022 International Food & Wine Festival!
This year’s festival may have started back in July, but a whole menu of more booths have opened just this week. Think of it as an extra sprinkling of flavor to the festival as it starts to really heat up, perhaps!
As always, us MickeyBloggers are out and about enjoying all there is to see, do, and try at this fan-favorite festival.
Right now, we’re over at the Noodle Exchange hut – a great marketplace stall that just opened, and we’re very ready to sink our teeth into the dishes on offer!
There’s a great range of flavors on offer at Noodle Exchange. You even say there’s oodles of noodles!
Starting with the drinks, this booth offers an A to Z Riesling from Oregon, and the Playalinda Brewing Company Yaupon Brothers Green Tea Pale Ale, from Florida.
In terms of noodles, the menu has four unique dishes on offer.
There’s the Traditional Spicy Vietnamese Beef Pho, served with shaved beef, mushrooms, and Thai basil. The Chinese Char Siu Pork Udon, with mushrooms, Bok Choy, and soy pickled egg. And the Tofu Pho, which also comes with mushrooms and Thai basil.
However, the dish we’re ordering today is this Thai Shrimp and Coconut Curry Rice Noodles. Doesn’t it look fresh and enticing?
The curry-flavored noodle dish is enhanced with shiitake mushrooms and Thai basil, and makes for a hearty, warming dish to enjoy as you stroll around the festival.
If you’re heading to the Noodle Exchange and are hoping to grab a bowl of these noodles for yourself, they cost $6.50.
We’re so happy to see more marketplace booths now open around the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, and will be showing you each of them as we explore the options ourselves. We have already hit the newly-opened Hawai’i booth and sampled some SPAM Musubi, and can’t wait to see what else is on offer.
