Disney Gluten-Free Love – The Cupcake Edition

This bakery in Disney Springs serves up cupcakes that are not only gluten free, they’re completely vegan, too!
What does that mean? That means in addition to being free of gluten, their tasty treats are also egg-free, dairy-free, butter-free (yes, we know that’s dairy but the idea of no milk really blows our mind so we want to emphasize), and even soy-free.
Erin McKenna’s Bakery realized that they were serving an allergen market so they decided to remove soy from their recipes, even though they were vegan with the soy.
Whether it’s for health reasons, diet reasons, or moral reasons against using animal products, Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC makes cupcakes, donuts, and more that everyone will love!
The Disney Springs location is even certified Kosher. Mazel tov!
