Spaceship Earth Backpack Steals The Show at EPCOT
Last night here at MickeyBlog we shared with you a first look at the new Beauty and the Beast-themed lighting sequence at Spaceship Earth.
This show was absolutely awesome. But it was something else entirely that stole the show. Check out this tweet last night from Scott Gustin:

Um get a load of this backpack worn by a guest during last nights new lighting display. It actually glows with the show (Literally.) The bag could be seen changing to match the sequence of lights on display across Spaceship Earth itself.
This left the internet awestruck because the product on display wasn’t even created by Disney!

Disney gumshoes managed to track down the person responsible who even took to twitter yesterday to contemplate programming the bag to mimic the Beauty and the Beast light show.
It definitely looks like he was successful! Because of the sheer awesomeness of this design. We have to share the creators Etsy listing below for anyone interested in picking up your very own:

Now this beauty isn’t cheap, they are made in small quanitities with another batch apparently coming in August and retailing for $300.00 each.

According to the description for the bag, it features 120 LEDs that sync with the original EPCOT show that has been wowing the crowds since October 2021.
Included with the purchase is a backpack with 120 LEDs, a 25800mAh Power Bank (with charging cord), a LED Controller, instruction booklet and Custom Designed, 3D Printed Parts
