Get ready K Pop fans, one of the most popular music groups today is getting their own docuseries on Disney+!
K Pop Sensation BTS is Coming to Disney+.

CNN Business announced just this week that South Korean group, BTS, will be joining Disney Plus in an exciting new series.
The collaboration features 5 original titles highlighting the members of the group and their management company, HYBE, formerly Big Hit Entertainment.

Additional details about the remaining three shows have not been confirmed, but the content will include other aspects of the group in addition to the music.

The move comes as part of a major expansion to include more Asian content. Disney + plans to greenlight over 50 original titles from the region by 2023.

Jessica Kam-Engle, Disney head of content for Asia Pacific, released the following statement:
“This collaboration represents our creative ambition — to work with iconic content creators and top stars in Asia-Pacific so their talent can be enjoyed by mainstream audiences in multiple ways. We believe these new titles will captivate consumers worldwide and look forward to introducing more music content on our service.”
