Flavors of Florida Has Arrived at Amorette’s With Blood Orange Eclair

Our culinary tour of the Flavors of Florida eats and treats continues with a stop at Amorette’s Patisserie where they are now serving up a new Blood Orange Éclair. 

It was love at first sight when we noticed this treat in the pastry case. 

The eclair is made up of choux pastry. 

The pastry is filled with triple blood orange mousse. 

Inside you’ll also find tangy citrus jam. 

The treat is topped with candied blood orange pieces. 

This stunning treat makes the perfect afternoon snacks. 

It retails for $7.00.
