New DCL Nametag Honors Cast Members for “Creating Magic at Sea!”
As MickeyBlog prepares to board the brand new Disney Wish for her Inaugural sailing, we noticed cast members wearing new name tags! Here is your exclusive look at the brand new DCL Nametag that honors the cast members that make the Magic happen at sea!
This pic comes from Nathaniel Palmer, a former Disney World Ambassador and a crew member on the Wish! You can see the lovely note that came with it, with the headline “You Create Magic at Sea.” The note is from Sharon Siskie, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Disney Cruise line.

It continues, “This is a truly exciting moment! I’m delighted to present our new Disney Cruise Line nametag, celebrating the growth of our fleet, new home ports and destinations, and most importantly, our incredible Cast and Crew Members!”
New DCL Nametag Mimics Wish Ship Design
The new DCL nametag features a beautiful gold design with waves and a small hidden Mickey. Like all Disney nametags, it has the cast member’s name and hometown (or country!) It also has the Disney Cruise Line logo on the top. The bottom features the phrase “Creating Magic at Sea!”
