It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas here at MickeyBlog HQ. Disney World has just announced a full line-up of holiday magic coming your way in 2022 and we’ve got all the festive details.
Let’s start with the fan favorite- Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will return in 2022 across 24 select nights from November 8 – December 22, 2022. This separate ticketed event promises a night at Magic Kingdom brimming with merriment!
Highlights include:
- Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration- Join Mickey and his pals at Cinderella Castle stage for the ultimate Christmas show. The show features nostalgic and modern medleys of holiday music paired with dance performances.
- Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks – Minnie Mouse orchestrates a sparkling spectacle over Magic Kingdom. Full of holiday magic, the show includes dazzling castle projections, fireworks and seasonal songs.
- Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade – Santa Claus will join Mickey Mouse and friends in this must-see parade as it makes its way through the park.
- Special Holiday Eats and Treats – Santa isn’t the only one who likes cookies during the holidays. Partygoers can indulge in complimentary cookies and hot cocoa at locations throughout the Magic Kingdom.
- Attractions Get a Holiday Makeover – Select Magic Kingdom attractions will be given a hefty does of yuletide cheer. Holiday magic will once again transform the Jungle Cruise into the Jingle Cruise. Also, as an exclusive treat for partygoers, Space Mountain, Tomorrowland Speedway, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor and Mad Tea Party will also get a dose of holiday magic.
- Intergalactic Dance Party – Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe will become the coolest place in the galaxy with an intergalactic dance party featuring our friends from the North Pole.
- A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas – Head to the Rockettower Plaza Stage to dance the night away alongside your favorite Disney characters in an out-of-this-world show.
- Disney Junior Jingle Jam – Young partygoers and Disney Junior fans of all ages will want to head to Storybook Circus as Disney Junior characters take part in a fun-filled dance celebration
- NEW! New Photo Opportunities – In honor of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party attendees can take advantage of three jolly new photo opportunities.
- 50th Anniversary Commemorative Keepsake – Party attendees will also get a special 50th Anniversary treat themed for the holidays.
Pricing & Tickets For Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party
Ticket’s for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party can be purchased online beginning on July 7, 2022. Guests at Walt Disney World Resorts can begin purchasing tickets as early as June 30, 2022.
Prices will range from $149 – $199 per person.

November: 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 27, 29
December: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18, 20, 22
Other Holiday Magic Happening Across Walt Disney World
That’s not all the holiday magic. Visitors to Walt Disney World later this year will also find themed experiences to unwrap at each of Disney World’s incredible theme parks beginning November 11th.
Park Icons Transform for the Holidays
During Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration, select theme park icons will continue to transform into Beacons of Magic on select nights with a special EARidescent glow. Each park will also celebrate the season with heartwarming holiday-themed displays!
Say “Hello!” to Santa
The holidays are a busy time for Old St. Nick. You’ll find him at various locations throughout Walt Disney World.
- Santa Clause Merry Motorcade – Disney’s Hollywood Studios – Catch Santa cruising down Hollywood Boulevard in his candy-apple convertible
- Festive Flotilla- Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Spot Santa voyaging across the Discovery River as part of a festive flotilla!
- Meet Santa at Magic Kingdom – Santa will be back at Magic Kingdom to find out whether you’ve been naughty or nice!
- Visit Santa at Disney Springs- Take time out from your holiday shopping to take photos and share your Christmas wishes.
- Santa at Festival of the Holidays – EPCOT- Santa Claus will join storytellers from around the world in EPCOT’s celebration of holiday traditions from around the world. Starting November 25th.
Festive Entertainment Across Walt Disney World
- Merry Menagerie – Disney’s Animal Kingdom – Watch the theme park come to life with the return of Merry Menagerie featuring animals in the form of life-size, artisan-sculpted puppets.
- “For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration” – Disney’s Hollywood Studios- Don’t miss the festive finale added to this beloved show featuring everyone’s favorite snowman, Olaf and some special seasonal songs.
- White Christmas at Disney Springs – Guests visiting Town Center will experience a magical snowfall bringing the spirit of the North Pole to Central Florida.
- Candlelight Processional – EPCOT – During the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (beginning on November 25th) guests can once again enjoy the long-standing tradition of heartwarming holiday performances at the American Gardens Theatre.
- Guardians Holiday Playlist – EPCOT- New this season, the Guardians of the Galaxy will trade in their classic playlist for a mash-up of seasonal tunes at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

Disney’s PhotoPass photographers help guests enhance their Disney vacation with photos with holiday-themed Magic Shots at each of the Walt Disney World theme parks. You’ll also want to be on the lookout for a new Disney PhotoPass Lens and virtual backdrops at the Disney PhotoPass Studio in Disney Springs.
Festive Seasonal Flavors
- Holiday Cookie Stroll – EPCOT – Guests will once again be invited to partake in a sweet scavenger hunt during Festival of the Holidays
- Holiday Kitchens – EPCOT – Sample items from mouthwatering menus featuring traditional and modern adaptations of holiday dishes from around the world.
- Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar – Disney Springs – Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar becomes Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar with special yuletide touches, festive food and craft cocktails.

The winter season at Disney World is a time of incredible transformation with whimsical decor that creates a nostalgic and joyous atmosphere.
