Trying to avoid traffic congestion, officials hoped spectators prepare for the limited amount of parking. They will be able to catch a glimpse of the ship from The Cove district or Jetty Park. No drone photography is allowed, according to the release.
Disney Wish Prepares for Inaugural Cruise
After over two years of construction, the Disney Wish finally sets sail in July with a christening scheduled on June 29th at 11 a.m. EST. Luckily, Disney Cruise Line will live stream the event, which proceeds the ship’s inaugural sailing.
Over the coming days, Disney Cruise Line also continues to share sneak peeks of the Disney Wish, and we look forward to sharing all of the details with you as MickeyBlog will be on that first sailing that departs on June 29th as well.

Among the imaginative new spaces, the “Inside Out”-themed sweet shop stands out as a must-do on my list as well as the first aqua-coaster at sea, the AquaMouse. Of course, the dining space like the Star Wars-themed bar and the first Marvel-themed restaurant aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship rank high on the list of best new additions too.
