Harmonious LIVE! With Idina Menzel Coming to Disney+ This Month
Whether you’ve yet to make it to EPCOT to see the park’s newest nighttime spectacular – Harmonious, or if you’re already a fan of this incredible extravaganza happening nightly over World Showcase Lagoon, you’ll love the news we’re about to share. Disney+ has just announced that they will be streaming “Harmonious LIVE!” on Tuesday, June 21 at 6pm.
This special livestream performance will feature some very special guest stars and will be available on the streaming platform in US and Canada in honor of World Music Day.
We’re excited to reveal that the live event will be hosted by Tony Award-winning performer, actress, singer-songwriter and philanthropist Idina Menzel (Frozen, Frozen 2) along with special guest Auli’i Cravalho (“Moana”). The special, like Harmonious itself, will celebrate the transcendent power of music with a medley of classic Disney tunes re-interpreted by a group of 240 artists from around the world.

For this evening only, a live orchestra will perform the songs along with an ensemble of international vocalists. Viewers will be able to enjoy the best seat in the house for this incredible production which features floating giant screens, choreographed moving fountains, lights, pyrotechnics, lasers, and an incredible medley of music from Moana, Aladdin, Coco, The Lion King, Mulan and more.

Harmonious was created especially for Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary celebration and as part of EPCOT’s ongoing transformation. The soundtrack was designed to embrace multiple languages in a show that brings cultures from around the world together to unlock the magic of possibility and demonstrate the power of Disney music and stories to unite us all.
