Add Some Moana Magic To Your Vacation Photos With Disney PhotoPass
For most of us, the kids have finished the school year and summer has officially arrived. If like my family, you can’t stop daydreaming about soaking up the sun then you’ll love Walt Disney World’s new way of adding some tropical island magic to your theme park photos!
Disney’s PhotoPass Service are offering an array of awesome Moana-themed photo options for visitors and we’re excited to share a first look with you!
Let’s start over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom where you can pose for the Hei Hei Magic Shot above. Just ask the photographer next to Tree of Life to sprinkle your photo with some pixie dust and the rest is magic!
Loving Hei Hei? Then you can also pop by Sir Mickey’s which is home to a PhotoPass Studio. Located next to Cinderella Castle, here you can capture a variety of Photos with Moana’s fun sidekick along with other pals from the movie! Reservations are not required so pop on by next time you’re in Fantasyland!
My favorite Moana offering has to be the Pua Magic Shot below. You can get this beauty at Magic Kingdom park. Just visit the photographer near the entrance to Adventureland from Main Street USA and as them to add in Moana’s precious pig to your photos.
In addition to the PhotoPass Studio in Fantasyland, Walt Disney World visitors will find a second location at Disney Springs. Here you can capture photos in front of Disney-themed backdrops including a few inspired by Moana! There are even props. As your photographer if you can hold Maui’s Fish Hook during your next visit.
The PhotoPass Studios at Disney Springs is open daily from noon until 8pm. No reservations are required.
Lastly, guests can make waves with a brand new Disney PhotoPass Lens. You will be looking like Chief of Motunui in no time. As you’ll see from the image above, when you interact with the lens your favorite funny fowl may also make an appearance. The Lens is available to use anywhere at Walt Disney World via the My Disney Experience app when you purchase the Disney Genie+ service!
