Special Churro Flavors Revealed for National Churro Day on June 6th
If you were following along last month you may have seen our article that Sunshine Churros will be celebrating National Churro Day on June 6th. With locations at both Disney Springs and Downtown Disney, they asked readers to choose from a delectable arrive of churro flavors, picking one that they’d like to see at Disneyland and one at Walt Disney Word Resort.
We are excited to reveal the news that they verdict is in. Disney Springs took to Twitter to give us a first look at the churros that came out tops on both coasts. Let’s check out the results to below.

Disney Springs – Walt Disney World
WINNER: Peanut Butter Lover- rolled in cinnamon sugar, drizzled with milk chocolate and peanut butter sauce and topped with peanut butter candy pieces.
Downtown Disney – Disneyland Resort
WINNER: Chocolicious Strawberries and Creme Churro – Inspired by a Mexican snack cake known as a Gansito, this churro is rolled in cinnamon sugar, a drizzle of strawberry topping, milk chocolate and marshmallow fluff.
Don’t skip on National Churro Day. If you’re going to be at Disneyland or Walt Disney World, pop by Sunshine Churros June 6 – June 12, 2022.
