New Tinker Bell and “it’s a small world” 50th Anniversary Figurines Arrive at Magic Kingdom
Of all the merchandise we have seen released in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World, the figurines may be some of the most special.
As well as miniature, replica versions of the “Fab 50” golden statues, a range of musical figurines have also gone on sale, and are proving very popular amongst guests.
One of our favorite places to shop for such treasures is Bonjour! Village Gifts, the friendly little store located in New Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom.
Let’s pop inside and see what’s new, shall we?
The first figurine we have to show you is this gorgeous one, featuring Tinker Bell.
This pretty statue features the flawless fairy stood atop a deep blue podium, which has the Walt Disney World anniversary logo printed on in EAR-idescent shimmer.
It looks like Wendy has been trying to fix Peter’s shadow again, as Tink is stood amongst a thimble and the rest of a tiny sewing kit!
Tinker Bell looks like the most perfect, dainty dancer atop this wind-up figurine, which would be a beautiful addition to any mantlepiece.
From her glittery wings right down to her pom-pom-studded slippers, Tinker Bell looks simply beautiful on her new anniversary figurine!
The second figurine we have to show you is a little different, as it is themed to the classic “it’s a small world” attraction!
This colorful display features three small world-style dolls, and just one turn of this musical box is bound to transport any fan back to the iconic water attraction.
It’s hard not to love the sweet smiles of the small world dolls, and this statuette captures the wholesome magic of this ride perfectly!
This figurine also features the 50th anniversary logo, which would make it an extra-special souvenir from a trip to Walt Disney World this year. This one costs $125.
Will you be visiting Bonjour! Village Gifts on your next trip through the Magic Kingdom to purchase either of these figurines? Whether you prefer the Tinker Bell design of the “it’s a small world” one, both are gorgeous to admire!
